ECCCA is growing its membership by 5 new organizations. We are excited to welcome Tom Tamura from the Crisis Center, Shannon Starzyk from the Family Justice Center, "DC" Carole Dorham-Kelly from Rubicon Programs, Ruth Fernandez from First 5, and Eve Birge from the White Pony Express. These new organizations bring talent, expertise, and commitment to East Contra Costa County and will help address some of the lingering systemic issues affecting residents in the region.
