Together Towards Health was a statewide Public Health Institute effort that funded collaboratives throughout California, including our project in East Contra Costa County, which was supported through the Contra Costa Regional Health Foundation. The goal of this project was to increase COVID-19 health education and vaccination rates of vulnerable populations. Participating organizations from East Contra Costa included East Contra Costa Community Alliance (ECCCA), Brighter Beginnings, Monument Impact, Village Resource Community Center, RCF Connects/Mobility LABs, and Loaves & Fishes of Contra Costa. A video was created describing the project purpose, activities, and impact.
